Are you the operator we are looking for? You fit the profile if you meet the following criteria:
- You have an MBO working and thinking level (preferably in a technical direction);
- You have experience as a machine operator or a strong technical background;
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift rotation system;
- You possess a good command of the Dutch or English language;
- You are quality-conscious, proactive, and physically fit.
As an Operator in the 3-shift rotation, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You operate, set up, and adjust the machinery independently. Furthermore, you perform quality checks and ensure that products meet the highest standards.
Your daily tasks include:
- Setting up, operating, and retooling machines;
- Monitoring the production process and adjusting parameters where necessary;
- Performing quality controls and measurements on finished products;
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving minor first-line technical malfunctions;
- Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organized.
