As a Senior Assortment Planner for Nike based in Hilversum, you will be a vital part of the EMEA Sport Planning team. In this full-time role, you will co-own the One EMEA Assortment Plan by Sport and Marketplace. Working within a close team of six planners, you will utilize advanced forecasting techniques and the SEP planning system to anticipate consumer demand for sports like basketball, golf, tennis and skateboarding, ultimately contributing to NIKE's global goals and customer profitability.

In your day-to-day work, you will build strong partnerships with merchandising, marketplace planning and supply & inventory management to create a strategic plan grounded in profitability, productivity and sport-centric offerings.
- Manage sport multi-season assortment plans from top-down and bottom-up angles and give a clear demand signal to supply planning and ultimately sourcing.
- Manage key franchise/product family health aligning to global franchise health targets and maintain a pull market.
- Define and manage OTB allocations of products which are constrained for production and/or demand capacity.
- Drive responsive/always available plans for season 1-6, which includes proposing validated analytical forecasts to MPUs, capturing MPU feedback and completing the forecast whilst optimizing revenue and inventory.
- Independently drive project activities on a day-to-day basis and prioritize workload and deliverables within the project.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
