As a Global Process Delivery Analyst for Nike, you will be the backbone of the core HR operations at the EMEA Headquarters in Hilversum. In this full-time role, you will ensure that the employee lifecycle runs smoothly and that crucial HR data is accurate, compliant and maintained to the highest standard. You will act as the go-to problem solver for HR systems, directly impacting the teammate experience across the entire EMEA region.

In the EMEA Global Process Delivery (GPD) team, you are responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events. You will make sure that data for downstream systems (like payroll, mobility and benefits) is completely accurate while answering questions from employees and managers. You will also look for smart ways to automate and improve these processes.

  • Execute HR transactions: Process routine lifecycle events, including new hires, onboarding, contract administration, compensation changes and leave administration.
  • Manage systems: Accurately complete and monitor daily tasks and tickets within Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Support stakeholders: Deliver service excellence by responding to inquiries from employees, managers and other HR teams in a timely and professional manner
  • Audit & troubleshoot: Support data audits, investigate discrepancies, apply critical thinking to resolve issues and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate on projects: Participate in broader HR operational initiatives, such as year-end activities, organizational transformations, policy changes and store openings or closures.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
