Outbound Coordinator Scania

Do you like taking charge and keeping things moving? Are you good at organizing and would you like to work at Scania? This could be your chance! Scania is looking for an Outbound Coordinator to join the team in Zwolle.

You like talking to people and you are handy with computers. You speak and write English well. Working in the evening is perfect for you, and you don't mind being flexible with your hours.

• you have good English speaking and writing skills
• you have computer skills
• you are available on Friday evenings in odd weeks (F-shift)
• you are available for extra evening shifts when called

As an Outbound Coordinator, you make sure drivers leave with the right papers and the right cargo. You welcome the drivers and help them step by step. You usually work together with a colleague on site, so you are never on your own.

• Check in arriving truck drivers in the system
• Print out transport forms, CMR documents, and customs papers
• Tell drivers where to park and load their truck
• Give drivers their paperwork before loading starts
• Check loaded trucks and get a signature on the CMR forms

Scania is an international company that manufactures and sells trucks, buses, engines and services in more than 100 countries. The Scania Production factory in Zwolle is the largest Scania truck factory in the world – where the most trucks are built and shipped to over 100 countries worldwide.

• at the factory they work in a two-shift operation
• the evening shift starts at 14:00 and ends at 22:30
• you will work evening shifts
