To keep production running smoothly, it is important that you meet the following requirements as an operator:
- You are available full-time
- You speak Dutch
- You are 18 years or older
- You are willing to work in Bergen op Zoom
- You have your own transportation
- You are willing to work in a 5-shift schedule
- You have experience as a production worker or operator
- You hold a VCA or forklift certificate, or are willing to obtain them
As an operator, you will be involved in the production of plastic granules. Your daily tasks include properly scheduling the production lines, as well as converting and replenishing them. You will also help troubleshoot machine errors and support the maintenance department during major breakdowns. Additionally, you will assemble boxes (160 cm tall) and move pallets using a forklift.

The DSV warehouse in Bergen op Zoom focuses on plastic resin granules. These are produced, packaged, and prepared for shipment on-site.
