You have a coaching personality and a natural talent for leading teams toward success. You are organized, professional, and ready to take the next step in your logistics career within parcel handling and outbound distribution.

• You have an MBO level 4 or Bachelor’s degree
• You have 3-4 years of experience in logistics (experience in parcel shipping or high-volume dispatch is a plus)
• You have 2+ years of people management experience
• You are comfortable working shifting schedules between 09:00 and 19:00
• You are fluent in English (written and verbal)
• You are physically able to lift up to 25 kg
• You are based in or around Sevenum / Venlo

As a Team Lead Parcel Services, you form the heartbeat of our parcel logistics and outbound operations. Your day starts with a kick-off meeting where you energize your team and prepare for daily order volumes and carrier cut-off times. You ensure every parcel leaves our facility accurately, safely, and on time, all while maintaining our high quality standards.

• Plan, allocate, and supervise daily operations within the Parcel Services department
• Monitor KPIs, carrier performance, and quality standards
• Hold daily kick-off meetings with your team to set targets for the shift
• Support absenteeism management, performance reviews, and team development
• Assist with the recruitment process for temp workers and substitute for the Supervisor when necessary
• Drive process improvements and innovation in parcel handling
• Resolve conflicts and promote a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality documents, and company procedures
