To succeed as our Operations Administrator, you ideally match the following profile:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Understanding: Basic grasp of industrial flows (process manufacturing, stock, and batch management).
  • Mindset: An energetic self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and priority-setting.

As an Operations Administrator, you will be at the heart of our chocolate manufacturing operations during an exciting period of digital transformation. You will ensure a smooth transition to SAP and satellite systems by managing daily operational data, maintaining system integrity, and keeping production running seamlessly. Don't worry if you aren't an SAP expert yet—we will provide you with full training, and you will work closely alongside Senior Administrators, Super Users, and Plant Leadership.

  • Data & Order Management: Monitor, validate, and close production orders (TECO/CLSD) daily, checking planned versus actual quantities.
  • Process & Inventory Tracking: Oversee stock movements (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) and ensure batch traceability and data integrity.
  • Problem Solving & Reconciliation: Analyze raw material consumption variances, spot discrepancies between SAP and shop-floor operations, and resolve low-complexity issues.
  • System Monitoring: Keep an eye on system performance and interfaces (e.g., MII), apply workarounds when needed, and escalate complex incidents to Key Users.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various site teams to identify root causes of inventory errors and contribute to continuous process improvement.
