Operator 3 Shifts

As an operator in The Hague, you are responsible for keeping the entire production process running smoothly. Are you looking for full-time work with attractive shift surcharges ranging from 25% up to 100% and a predictable schedule? Start your new role at Albelli in a welcoming team environment!

To keep production running smoothly, it is important that you meet the following requirements as an operator:

• You speak Dutch or English
• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week
• You are willing to work in The Hague
• You are willing to work a 3-shift schedule
• You have your own transport to travel to The Hague
• You are physically capable of lifting 20 kg
• You are available through the end of December
• You have demonstrable technical experience gained through work or hobbies

As an operator at Albelli, you are responsible for the entire production process. An average day looks like this: you start up the machines, check product quality, troubleshoot any minor faults, and ensure the production lines run optimally. You work accurately and efficiently to meet our high quality standards.

• You accurately set up and adjust the machines to achieve the best production results
• You ensure a seamless process by changing the different types of paper in the machines at the right time
• You immediately identify, analyze, and resolve malfunctions so the line is up and running again in no time
• You strictly check the finished products against the set quality standards; only the best work leaves the machine
• You retrieve the necessary production data and ensure the orders are processed accurately in the administration system

• You'll work a fixed 2-shift rotation schedule. In 3-shifts starting in October
• You'll receive a travel allowance of €0.25 per km (for distances of 10 km and over)
• Full-time availability is required. You will generally be scheduled for four days a week, with a fifth day added during busy periods. If we scale up to three shifts, we will extend this to a fifth and sometimes a sixth workday. No leave is permitted
