You are the Testing and Rework Technician, we are looking for when:
- You have 2 years experience with computers, hardware, and operating systems
- You 1 year experience with Windows Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- You have good technical insight and strong visual inspection skills
- You are able to lift and move heavy products (up to 10 kg)
- You understand common interfaces (USB, LAN, VGA, etc.) and their functions
- your have your own transport to get to Super Micro
- You have your own housing
As a Testing and Rework Technician you combine testing with hands-on rework. You make sure products meet quality standards by identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing defects. Together with your team, you keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform testing and rework of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products.
- Conduct software rework, ECO, BIOS, and firmware upgrades.
- Perform testing of motherboards, back planes, and AOCs.
- Document inspection results and provide feedback on defects to the quality team.
- Follow standard testing procedures and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures.
- Collect and analyze data for process improvements.
