• MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of administratieve richting.
• Aantoonbare affiniteit of ervaring met logistieke administratie en processen.
• Goede beheersing van MS Office en bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-systeem (zoals MS Dynamics of vergelijkbaar).

• Ontvangen van chauffeurs en andere bezoekers aan de receptiebalie.
• Zorgen dat bezoekers op de juiste plek komen (chauffeurs naar de laad-/loslocatie, gasten naar de spreekkamer) en ze van koffie/thee voorzien.
• Verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke documentenflow (in en uit).
• Zorgen voor de juiste pak- en orderbonnen voor het magazijn.
• Verwerken van retour gekomen orderpapieren en inboeken van aangeleverde materialen in het ERP-systeem (o.a. zichtbaar maken van handelingen voor de organisatie).
• Maken en verzenden van facturen bij afhalen of afleveren van orders.
• Verzorgen van transport- en exportdocumenten.
• Scannen en verwerken van certificaten ten behoeve van het ERP-systeem.
