As an Operational Supplier Coordinator, you hold the keys to driving material availability and resolving critical shortages for factories and the field worldwide. You are the ultimate connecting force and the first point of contact between Inbound Supply Chain Management, external suppliers, and internal customers. Role and responsibilities

As an Operational Supplier Coordinator (OSC), your main focus is to secure and assure material availability to the factories and the field and resolve shortages. You are the first point of contact for Inbound Supply Chain Management towards our suppliers and internal customers. Besides, you manage the short term Materials Availability Performance of your suppliers and make sure that your suppliers deliver and execute according to existing agreements. Your responsibilities and activities will be:

• First point of contact for Inbound Supply Chain Management towards our suppliers and internal customers.
• Secure and assure Materials Availability to the factories and the field by continuously monitoring and following up agreements and performance indicators with the supplier. Resolving possible stagnations and issues.
• Pro-active Supply Management of a portfolio of parts by understanding and clarifying sources and potential impact of demand changes, throughout the supply chain. You are able to translate trends at supplier into concrete actions targeting weak spots (e.g. supply investigations, optimizing replenishment strategies, logistical engineering).
• Participation in (supplier) improvement projects together with the Logistic Supplier Manager and Quality Supplier Manager and driving operational improvement plans with suppliers.
• Coaching and training of suppliers to increase the maturity level and correct use of ASML designed systems, portals, processes, procedures, tools and techniques.
• Process improvements by applying LEAN methodologies like 4C/A3 problem solving techniques and participation in (complex) projects on department level.
• Analysis and reporting on Materials Availability, while understanding the Materials Requirements
• Planning logic and dependencies with other processes and departments in the supply chain. Regularly updating key interfaces on status, progress, impact and performance.

• You have 2 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics or material planning within a high-tech, low-volume environment.

• You have a track record of driving process improvements using Lean methodologies.
• You possess an excellent command of English and the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Als winkelmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je spreekt klanten aan en zorgt dat de winkel op orde is. Klanten kunnen naar je toekomen met verschillende soorten vragen. Zo kan het bijvoorbeeld zijn dat een klant geen internet heeft of juist een abonnement wil verlengen. Als winkelmedewerker weet jij precies de behoefte van de klant te achterhalen en hierop in te spelen.
Ook motiveer jij jouw collega’s om de doelen van de dag te halen. Als de targets aan het einde van de maand gehaald worden krijg je namelijk een lekkere bonus! De bonus is dus afhankelijk van de prestatie van de winkel. Je hebt er dus zelf veel invloed op.

• A vocational qualification (mbo level 3 or 4) or a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. (for example mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive, or aerospace).
• Hands-on experience in a technical production, assembly, or service environment.
• Experience reading technical drawings, following work instructions, and performing mechanical assembly, testing, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
• A good level of English for daily communication and documentation.

After a solid and well-facilitated training program at the ASML Academy. You will start your journey within the Prepack & Equipment department. Following clear work instructions and technical drawings Then you will build complex mechanical modules.

• Assembling mechanical parts and modules with high accuracy (handling both large parts and fine mechanical components).
• Testing and verifying systems to ensure everything functions perfectly and meets our strict quality standards.
• Finding technical problems and working with your team to solve them step by step.
• Working safely in accordance with strict cleanroom regulations, keeping your workplace clean and organized.
• Proactively thinking about how to improve the build and test processes.
