De uitdaging
Helmond is een stad die continu in ontwikkeling is. In figuurlijke zin maar ook in letterlijke zin bouwen zij elke dag aan de toekomst van Helmond. Als senior werkvoorbereider, ook wel bestekschrijver, van civieltechnische projecten stel je bestekken en technische omschrijvingen op die tot stand komen vanuit projectopdrachten afkomstig van de interne opdrachtgevers. Dit zijn opdrachten binnen het programma 'wegen- en rioolonderhoud', inbreidings- en uitbreidingsplannen en overige infrastructurele ontwikkelingen.
Daarnaast ben jij, als senior en deskundige, de vraagbaak voor je collega-werkvoorbereiders en -bestekschrijvers. Jij leidt de junior bestekschrijvers en tekenaars op tot volwaardige bestekschrijvers. Je zorgt voor de doorontwikkeling bij je collega’s en checkt en controleert de compleetheid van de opgestelde bestekken. Je doet hierbij een kwaliteitscontrole en draagt zorg dat de bestekken voldoen aan geldende normen en voorschriften. Je bent écht een bestekschrijver door en door!
Het Ingenieursbureau vraagt om een continue doorontwikkeling, jouw kennis en ervaring draagt hieraan bij.
Je bent onderdeel van het multidisciplinair projectteam dat wordt aangestuurd door de projectmanager. In overleg en in samenspraak met de projectmanager adviseer je en lever je technische bestekken op voor de infrastructurele projecten. Jij bent samen met je collega’s van het Ingenieursbureau medeverantwoordelijk voor antwoorden op technische vraagstukken en draagt hierdoor bij aan de kwaliteit van de openbare ruimte van Helmond.
Jouw team
De afdeling Realisatie & Beheer bestaat uit vier teams. Jouw basis is het team Ingenieursbureau (IB), bestaande uit ongeveer 35 collega’s. Het team bestaat uit onder andere projectmanagers, werkvoorbereiders, toezichthouders, technisch adviseurs en ondersteuners.
De sfeer binnen het team is goed, er wordt met veel plezier gewerkt vanuit vakmanschap. Samen wordt gewerkt aan een koersplan, de afdeling ontwikkelt, moderniseert en werkt toe naar een optimaal efficiënte werkwijze.
