To keep production running smoothly at QiZiNi, you must meet these requirements as a production worker:

• You are 18 years or older;
• You are available at least 3 days a week;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You are available for day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM;
• You are also available on weekends;
• You are willing to work in Alphen aan den Rijn;
• If you take public transport, you can be there before 7 AM.

As a production worker at QiZiNi, your work is very important and varied. You'll contribute to the daily production of fresh sandwiches for major clients such as airlines (KLM, TUI). Your responsibilities include:

You have at least a level 2 vocational education (MBO) and enjoy working with machines in a clean and safe environment. You’re familiar with the basics of HACCP, are good at math, and fill out forms neatly. You speak Dutch or English and have your own transportation, as your shift starts at 06:30 – public transport is limited at that time. The company operates 7 days a week, so you’ll sometimes work on weekends and have two days off during the week. This helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. You work accurately, stay calm under pressure, and support your colleagues when needed. Together with your colleagues, you prepare fresh sandwiches every day for use on airplanes, in supermarkets, and at gas stations. Fresh, sustainable ingredients are used, and strict hygiene standards are followed. The sandwiches are assembled by hand but packaged by machine.

As an operator you ensure consistent quality and make sure the sandwiches are properly packaged before leaving the facility.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and adjusting machines for different product and packaging formats;
• Identifying and resolving disruptions to keep production running smoothly;
• Contributing to keeping machines and the workspace clean.
