Als QAD-medewerker heb je kennis van Microsoft Office en beschik je over de onderstaande eisen:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau;
• Ervaring met voorraadbeheersystemenen/ OF kennis van administratieve processen;
• Ervaring in analyseren, interpreteren en rapporterenin de logistiek;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Support verlenen aan de andere werkzaamheden in de warehouse.

Als administratief medewerker ben jij de spil in de organisatie. Jouw taken zijn als volgt:

• Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van voorraad controles;
• Jij zorgt voor het bijhouden van rapportages met betrekking tot voorraden;
• Jij zorgt voor het bijhouden van rapportages met betrekking tot schade;
• Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van quality checks;
• Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor bijhouden van rapportages met betrekking tot kwaliteit controles;
• Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het checken en controleren van schade.

To keep the warehouse running smoothly, it's important that you, as a warehouse employee, meet the following requirements. Beware! This is an on call vacancy. There's no guarantee of hours.

• You speak either Dutch or English;
• You are available from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM;
• You are willing to work in Voorschoten;
• You are 18 years or older;
• You are available on an on-call basis within a week;
• Minimum of 3 days available per week;
• You are able to lift up to 25 kg.
