Als medewerker klantenservice ben jij klantgericht, communicatief sterk en een echte teamspeler. Je bent nauwkeurig en kunt goed overzicht bewaren, ook in een hectische omgeving. Verder beschik je over:

Als medewerker klantenservice versterk je het team Klant Contact Centrum en Burgerzaken. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor inwoners en zorgt voor een soepele dienstverlening. Je werkzaamheden omvatten:

• Het verstrekken van informatie aan inwoners via telefoon, e-mail, WhatsApp en social media
• Het ontvangen van inwoners aan de balie in de stadswinkel
• Het verwerken van informatie in diverse systemen, zoals de kennisbank en het informatie-meldingen-systeem
• Het uitzetten van vragen bij vakspecialistische backoffices en het zorgen voor een goede afstemming
• Het proactief meedenken over de verbetering van de dienstverlening

Je gaat aan de slag bij de Gemeente Sittard-Geleen, een moderne en toegankelijke organisatie die zich inzet voor een prettige leefomgeving voor haar inwoners. Je komt te werken in de stadswinkel in Geleen, waar je samen met ongeveer 50 enthousiaste collega's werkt aan een optimale dienstverlening.

• De werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag, met flexibele werktijden tussen 7.30 en 18.00 uur, en op donderdag zelfs tot 20.00 uur

• Monitor and execute contracts e.g. purchase, sales and swaps
