To keep the warehouse running, it is important that you as a Logistics employee meet the following requirements:

• You are willing to work in Oud Gastel;
• You are full-time available;
• You are available between 5:00 AM and 1:00 AM;
• You can speak Dutch and/or English;
• You have your own transport to get to work.

A new workday begins with a morning meeting where the day tasks are outlined. Your first job as a logistics employee is often to pack customer orders. This involves carefully selecting the items from the provided list and placing them in the right box. You must then securely seal the package and apply the correct shipping label, ensuring it reaches the right customer in the right country. After a productive morning, you take a break for lunch, either in the canteen or outdoors. The afternoon shifts to loading and unloading trucks. You will organize and place pallets into the correct outgoing trucks. Once that is complete, you will unload the incoming trucks, inspecting pallets and boxes for any damage before correctly storing them in the warehouse.

Om het magazijn draaiende te houden, is het belangrijk dat je als logistiek medewerker aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

• Je bent bereid om in Oud Gastel te werken;
• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar;
• Je bent beschikbaar tussen 05:00 uur 's ochtends en 01:00 uur 's ochtends;
• Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels;
• Je kan met eigen vervoer naar werk komen;
• Je bent binnen een maand beschikbaar.

Een nieuwe werkdag start met een dagstart waarin de taken van de dag worden besproken. Het kan zijn dat jij als logistiek medewerker je dag begint met bestellingen in te pakken. Hierbij selecteer je zorgvuldig de juiste artikelen van de lijst en plaats je ze in de juiste doos. Vervolgens sluit je het pakket goed af en voorzie je het van het juiste verzendlabel. Zo komt de bestelling bij de juiste klant in het juiste land terecht. Na je pauze verschuift je focus naar het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens. Je organiseert de pallets en plaatst ze in de juiste uitgaande vrachtwagens. Zodra dat klaar is, los je de binnenkomende vrachtwagens. Je controleert de pallets en dozen op eventuele beschadigingen voordat je ze op de juiste manier in het magazijn opslaat.

Every day starts with a start meeting. In this meeting you will hear what kind of tasks you will be doing as a Warehouse employee. This can be packing the orders. While packing the orders you make sure that the products on the list are placed in the correct box so that the customer gets the right order. After making sure that every product is inside the box, you will close the box properly and place the right labels on it so that the order goes to the right customer in the right country. After a morning full of packing orders, you enjoy your lunch in the canteen or outside in the sun before you start on loading the trucks. While doing this, you make sure that the pallets are placed in the correct truck. After loading all the pallets, you make sure that the last trucks that are coming in are unloaded. You check the pallets and boxes on any damages and make sure they will be placed in the warehouse correctly.

CEVA is an international logistics company. In the warehouses located in Oud Gastel they work with all kinds of products divided over 5 (!) different warehouses.
