Als ervaren boekhouder kom je komt terecht in een echte 'mannenwereld' waar een sterke persoonlijkheid en een dosis humor op prijs worden gesteld. Je bent essentieel voor onze organisatie, want jij zorgt ervoor dat de financiën kloppen!

• Ervaring met Exact is een MUST: Je kent het programma door en door en kunt direct zelfstandig aan de slag;
• Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring in een vergelijkbare, zelfstandige boekhoudkundige functie;
• Je bent in staat om je staande te houden in een no-nonsense omgeving en bent communicatief sterk en duidelijk;
• Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 6 uur tot maximaal 32 uur per week – wat jou het beste uitkomt, is bespreekbaar!

Als boekhouder ben je de drijvende kracht achter de volledige financiële administratie. Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd en neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het nauwkeurig verwerken en controleren van alle inkomende en uitgaande geldstromen.

• Volledig en zelfstandig voeren van de boekhouding: Je zorgt voor de periodieke afsluitingen, BTW-aangiftes en bereidt de jaarrekening voor;
• Facturatiebeheer: Je pakt de complete facturatie op, van opmaak tot verzending en opvolging;
• Inkoopadministratie: Je boekt alle inkooporders, facturen en bonnetjes nauwkeurig in;
• Crediteuren- en Debiteurenbeheer: Je bewaakt de openstaande posten en zorgt voor tijdige betalingen;
• Expert in Exact: Je werkt dagelijks met ons administratiepakket.
