It is important that you meet the following requirements as a CNC Brake Press Operator:

• You have experience working with CNC bending machines.
• You can read and work from technical drawings.
• You are available to work full-time.
• You are willing to work in 2 shifts (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00).

Your machine, your responsibility! As a CNC Brake Press Operator, you shape sheet metal every day. You make sure every part is perfect for the farming machines used by farmers all over the world. You work with a sharp eye for detail and quality. Do you have experience with press machines, knowledge of safety, or a background in metalworking? Then you are the person we are looking for!

• Operating manual and/or CNC bending machines to shape sheet metal.
• Checking the measurements and quality of the finished products.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Performing basic maintenance on machines and tools.
• Reporting any mistakes or technical issues to your supervisor.

Het is belangrijk dat je als CNC-kanter aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

• Je kan werken vanaf een technische tekening.
• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.
• Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegendienst te werken (06:00-14:30 en 14:30-23:00).
• Je woont in de regio Geldrop

Jouw machine, jouw taak! Als (CNC) Kanter ben je dagelijks bezig met het vormen van plaatmateriaal. Het is een pré als je ervaring hebt met persmachines en kennis van persveiligheid. Daarnaast is een opleiding in de metaalbewerking (of vergelijkbaar) erg handig. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel perfect past in de landbouwmachines die boeren over de hele wereld gebruiken. Dit doe je niet alleen met je technische skills, maar ook met een scherp oog voor detail en kwaliteit.

• Bedienen van handmatige en/of CNC kantbanken voor het zetten van plaatmateriaal.
• Controle op maatvoering en kwaliteit van de eindproducten.
• Lezen en correct interpreteren van de bijbehorende technische tekeningen.
• Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud aan machines en gereedschappen.
• Signaleren en melden van eventuele afwijkingen aan de leidinggevende.
