Jij bent een gesprekspartner die verder kijkt dan de vraag van de klant. Je hebt aan een half woord genoeg en weet met jouw empathische vermogen direct de juiste snaar te raken. Je vindt het prettig wanneer processen en roosters duidelijk zijn, en je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar gewerkt wordt volgens vaste richtlijnen.

• Je beschikt over een aantoonbaar MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau;
• Je hebt jarenlange ervaring in klantenservice en bent gewend om te werken met KPI’s en doelstellingen;
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift. Je bent een ster in gesprekstechnieken (LSD) en kunt cijfermatige informatie omzetten naar 'Jip-en-janneketaal';
• Je bent stressbestendig, zorgvuldig en je kunt goed meebewegen in een dynamische omgeving met minder autonomie. Je volgt roosters en deadlines nauwkeurig op;
• Je hebt technische affiniteit; schakelen tussen verschillende systemen en portalen is voor jou geen probleem.

Vanaf 2 maart 2026 ga je aan de slag in een uitdagende rol waarbij de focus ligt op inhoudelijke kwaliteit en een optimale klantbeleving. Omdat je al ruime ervaring meebrengt in de klantenservice, hoeven we je de fijne kneepjes van het vak niet meer uit te leggen. We focussen ons direct op de inhoud, zodat jij snel de expert wordt op jouw dossier.

• Je beantwoordt complexe vragen van klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich gehoord en begrepen voelen (met de LSD-methode);
• Je analyseert cijfermatige en technische informatie en legt dit op een eenvoudige manier uit aan de klant, telefonisch, via de mail of de chat;
• Signaleren en verbeteren: Je herkent knelpunten in de dienstverlening, escaleert deze indien nodig en doet proactief voorstellen voor procesverbetering.
• Nauwkeurige administratie: Je volgt je rooster strikt op en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige afhandeling van taken binnen de gestelde deadlines.
• Je houdt je vakkennis up-to-date door het volgen van e-learnings en trainingen, zodat je steeds weer kunt inspelen op veranderingen.

Je komt te werken in een omgeving waar eigen initiatief wordt gewaardeerd. Je signaleert verbeterpunten, denkt in oplossingen en werkt nauw samen met collega's om de klant de beste ervaring te bieden. Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen KPI's bij te sturen en je voortdurend te blijven ontwikkelen via e-learnings en trainingen.

• Startdatum is 2 maart 2026.
• In maart en april vindt jouw opleiding en coaching on-the-job plaats. In deze periode is het opnemen van verlof niet mogelijk, zodat je volledig klaargestoomd kunt worden;
