In deze rol ben je voor de financiële planning- en regelcyclus binnen jouw toegewezen domein. Je vertaalt financiële en operationele prestaties naar betrouwbare inzichten en proactief advies voor het management. Financial Control (FC) en Financial Accounting (FA) zijn strikt gescheiden, waardoor jouw focus volledig ligt op Business Control, analyses, reporting en projecten. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Management Team (MT) en fungeert als een volwaardige sparringpartner en trusted advisor voor diverse stakeholdergroepen (zowel financieel als niet-financieel).

• Financial Planning & Control: Coördineren en uitvoeren van de budgettering, forecasting en periodieke prestatie-evaluaties.

• Analyse & Advies: Analyseren, monitoren en uitdagen van de financiële en operationele prestaties; adviseren van het management bij business cases, forecasting en strategie-executie.

Functie-eisen

• Je beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau met circa 8–10 jaar relevante werkervaring óf een WO werk- en denkniveau met circa 6–8 jaar relevante werkervaring.
• Je hebt ruime ervaring met budgettering, forecasting, financiële analyses en control binnen een productie- en/of logistieke omgeving (manufacturing/logistics)
• Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP (pré) en je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met TM1 als consolidatie- en reportingtool (pré).
• Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal (de voertaal binnen de organisatie is Engels).
