Als ervaren leermeester met sterke didactische vaardigheden, begeleid je met passie aankomende technici. Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt complexe materie op een begrijpelijke manier overbrengen.

• Je bent minimaal MBO 3 opgeleid (Eerste Bedrijfsautotechnicus);
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het repareren en onderhouden van auto's en trucks;
• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands (niveau 2F/VMBO of MBO-3);
• Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.

Als Praktijkopleider/Leermeester ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van BBL-leerlingen in de mobiliteitsbranche. Je bereidt instructies en trainingen voor, afgestemd op het opleidingsplan. Je geeft les in algemene kennis en vaardigheden en stelt les- en trainingsplannen op. Je treedt op als leermeester bij preventief en correctief onderhoud, en bij inspecties. Ook participeer je in beoordelings- en functioneringsgesprekken om de studievoortgang van de leerlingen te volgen.

• Voorbereiden en geven van instructies en trainingen;
• Opstellen van les- en trainingsplannen;
• Begeleiden bij onderhoud en inspecties;
• Assisteren bij voortgangsgesprekken.

Je komt te werken bij een van de herstelbedrijven van het Ministerie van Defensie, specifiek bij 13 Herstelcompagnie op de legerplaats te Oirschot. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in de invulling van je werkzaamheden en de wijze waarop je instructie geeft. Je rapporteert inhoudelijk aan een directe lijnmanager.

• Voor deze functie gelden strikte selectiecriteria in verband met de aard van de werkzaamheden en bijbehorende veiligheidseisen binnen Defensie.
• Je beschikt over uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
• Vanwege wettelijke voorschriften is het bezit van de Nederlandse nationaliteit een vereiste.
• Je hebt de afgelopen jaren niet in het buitenland gewoond of verbleven (verblijfshistorie binnen Nederland is
