For FedEx in Duiven, we are looking for new colleagues who are keen to be busy and know how to get things done. You like to roll up your sleeves (or 'you like to lend a hand'). Preferably, you also have a forklift certificate. You are furthermore the ideal candidate if:

• You are available from Tuesday to Friday from 05:00 to 10:00;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You have an up-to-date CV (resume) on a monthly basis.
• You have your own transportation to Duiven.

At FedEx in Duiven, we offer varied work. You start by unloading trailers with mail packages. You stack the delivered packages onto the conveyor belt correctly. In case of damage, you keep them separate and report it to your supervisor.

On another day, you will load a container with a colleague. These packages arrive at the correct trailer from the conveyor belt via the large automated sorting system. Scan and stack neatly! You will be handling packages of various/non-standard sizes. Are you good with a scanner? Then you'll be at the belt with a colleague, scanning and stacking packages. Accurate work is important here. You will be stacking for different destinations. No two days have to be the same!

• Shift allowence between 05:00 - 06:00 of 30%.

You will be working as a warehouse worker at FedEx in Duiven. FedEx is one of the world's largest companies that offers logistics and courier services via land, sea, and air. Weekly, FedEx transports 4.4 million packages, documents, and freight to 200 countries. This is where all the packages end up. After that, the trucks head out again, fully loaded with new packages.

Bij FedEx in Duiven bieden we afwisselend werk. Je begint met lossen van trailers met postpakketten. Je stapelt de aangeleverde pakketten op de juiste manier op de band. Bij beschadigingen houd je deze apart en geef je dat door aan je leidinggevende. De andere dag laad je een container met een collega. Deze pakketten komen van de lopende band al bij de juiste trailer door het grote geautomatiseerde sorteersysteem. Scannen en lekker stapelen! Je hebt te maken met pakketten van een afwijkende maten. Ben je goed met een scanner? Dan sta je samen met een collega aan de band pakketten te scannen en op te stapelen. Hier is secuur werken belangrijk. Er zijn verschillende bestemmingen waar je voor stapelt. Geen dag hoeft hetzelfde te zijn!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible colleague who likes to roll up their sleeves. It's also a plus if you have knowledge of customs matters or are in possession of an IMDG and ADR certificate. In any case, you recognize yourself in the following points:

As a Support Employee, you are a crucial link in the logistics process. You ensure that all shipments cross the border smoothly and correctly. You have a wide range of tasks, consisting of drafting and processing various customs forms and documents and registering shipments in different systems.

Checking and correcting feedback is also part of the day-to-day tasks. You will also provide information to national and international colleagues and depots. You deal with the data you get through warehouse scanning. Of course, this also includes checking and registering dangerous goods shipments, along with drafting various reports for management.

• You'll be working in 2 shifts (1:45 PM - 10:15 PM and 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM). In consultation, 3 shifts are also possible, in which case you will work the following times: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM, 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM, and the morning shift is 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM.
• Allowances are 20% from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and 30% from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
