Als Engineering and Maintenance Manager / Site Responsible Engineer (SRE) ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de instandhouding van alle technische systemen binnen de fabriek. Jij waarborgt de technische integriteit van machines en apparatuur en zorgt ervoor dat deze veilig en efficiënt beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor de juiste vaardigheden binnen het team om deze apparatuur te onderhouden en ermee te werken.

Je speelt een cruciale rol in het naleven van HSE & S regel 6 (Asset Integrity & Process Safety) en zorgt ervoor dat de fabriek voldoet aan de gestelde eisen op het gebied van veiligheid en integriteit.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Waarborgen van de uitvoering van specifieke taken die voortkomen uit HSE & S regel 6.
• Communiceren en documenteren van eisen volgens de Asset Integrity Guides (AIG's) voor medewerkers die werken met kritische machines en apparatuur.
• Behoefte aan specialistisch advies herkennen en indien nodig externe expertise inschakelen, zonder daarbij je eindverantwoordelijkheid over te dragen.
• Actueel houden van kennis over lokale wet- en regelgeving.
• De Manager Manufacturing Unit attenderen op ernstige tekortkomingen in de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
• Eerste aanspreekpunt bij storingen of bewakingsincidenten, ook buiten kantoortijden.
• Deelname aan het Management Team en het crisisteam van de locatie.

Over de afdeling

De afdeling Maintenance draagt zorg voor het onderhoud van het terrein, de gebouwen en de machines. Ook realiseren we verbeterings-, uitbreidings-, vervangings- en nieuwbouwprojecten.

Functie-eisen

Wat breng je mee?

• Min. HBO-diploma in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of chemische technologie.
• Minimaal 10 jaar of werk ervaring, en min 3-5 in een vergelijkbare functie van site engineer
• Ervaring met projectmanagement.
• Kennis van productie- en logistieke processen en geautomatiseerde systemen.
• Ervaring met Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift; Duits is een pré.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Het betreft een detacheringscontract bij AkzoNobel, via Yacht voor 1 jaar met optie tot verlenging; 40 uur per week (32- of 36 uur is bespreekbaar); werken 100% op locatie.
