As a fine mechanical assembly technician, quality is your number one priority. You are physically fit (this is an active role involving mostly standing and some seated tasks). And you recognize yourself in the following:
- you can easily read technical drawings and work instructions
- experience with soldering is an absolute must
- you have a good command of either the Dutch or English language
As a fine mechanical assembly technician, you will independently assemble high-quality medical components. You will work with fine wiring and advanced technology in a state-of-the-art factory.
- you read the technical drawing and independently gather all the required, sensitive components from the warehouse
- with a steady hand, you solder micro-fine wiring and microscopic connections onto advanced printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- you combine your soldering work with highly precise screwing and gluing techniques to build the system perfectly
- you work in a dust-free ESD-safe are. And are occasionally assisted by an innovative robotic colleague (a Cobot)
- you carry out your own quality checks and actively contribute ideas to improve the processes

You will join an informal team of about 15 colleagues, consisting of technicians, troubleshooters, spinners, and testers. Kwaliteit staat bij jou op nummer één als fijnmechanisch assemblagemonteur. Je bent fysiek fit (het is een actieve baan met veel staande en enkele zittende werkzaamheden). En je herkent jezelf in het volgende:
- je kunt probleemloos technische tekeningen en werkinstructies lezen
- ervaring met solderen is een absolute must
- je beheerst de Nederlandse of Engelse taal goed
Als fijnmechanisch assemblage monteur assembleer je zelfstandig hoogwaardige medische onderdelen. Je werkt met fijne bedrading en geavanceerde technologie in een hypermoderne fabriek.
- je leest de technische tekening en verzamelt zelfstandig alle benodigde, gevoelige componenten in het magazijn
- met een vaste hand soldeer je ragfijne bedradingen en microscopisch kleine verbindingen op geavanceerde printplaten
- je combineert het soldeerwerk met uiterst nauwkeurige schroef- en lijmtechnieken om het systeem perfect op te bouwen
- je werkt in een stofvrije ESD-ruimte en krijgt soms hulp van een innovatieve robotcollega (een Cobot)
- je controleert zelf de kwaliteit en denkt mee in verbeteringen van de processen

We are looking for a Mechanical Assembly Technician with a practical, hands-on approach. Does your profile match the points below?
- You have an MBO level 4 mindset where a degree is a plus, but your technical experience counts most.
- You bring essential experience in assembly and we value your hands-on skills more than your formal paperwork.
- You possess a solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems to deal with our complex equipment.

As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will work on the production of geometric X-ray arches. These are advanced medical systems used by hospitals worldwide. It is complex technical work. It is also physically demanding. You will assemble parts according to technical drawings and work instructions. You will also test the systems for mechanical and electrical functionality.
Furthermore, you will work on various components, such as the arches, flex arms, and the L-arc. Being comfortable with hand tools is essential for this position. You will be part of a production environment where precision is key.
