As Distribution Requirements Planner you will be the strategic force ensuring our global warehouses are replenished efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the exact right time. In this role, you translate ERP system proposals into flawless distribution requirements plans and order schedules. You collaborate closely with international Downstream Demand Planners in regions like North America, Mexico, Brazil, and Asia-Pacific. • You have a completed Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant logistical field.
• You bring at least 2 years of experience in a material planning role within an international manufacturing environment.
• You possess excellent, fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A large part of the local team you will work with on a daily basis communicates in Dutch. Therefore, speaking and understanding the Dutch language is considered a major advantage for this position
• You have a high affinity for ERP systems, planning systems, and data-driven process improvement tools.

As a warehouse employee, you will be involved in various essential tasks within our warehouse. You will be assigned to different departments, including Inventory, Inspection, and Inbound. Each department has its specific responsibilities. In Inventory, you will manage stock levels and organization. In Inspection, you will deal with quality control of incoming goods. Other activities on the Inbound team include physically demanding tasks such as manually unloading containers and labeling items. At first, you will start with basic tasks to get acquainted with the role.
