Voor de functie van helpdeskmedewerker zoeken we een nauwkeurige, flexibele en communicatief vaardige professional met een technische achtergrond:

• Ervaring & affiniteit: Je hebt ervaring op een (technische) helpdesk en hebt een duidelijke technische affiniteit;
• Communicatie: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend in woord en geschrift én hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal;

• Aanname en behandeling: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen en behandelen van alle inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails op de helpdesk;
• Registratie en bewaking: Je verzorgt de correcte registratie van alle contactmomenten en bewaakt de voortgang van de gemelde incidenten;
• Oplossen en communicatie: Je lost diverse vraagstukken zelfstandig op en zorgt voor een goede communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen;

• 22.30 - 6.30 uur
