In a multidisciplinary R&D environment, you focus on complex topics such as media handling systems, high-precision frames, and linear and rotational drive systems.

Together with stakeholders from Manufacturing, Service, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance, you specify and agree on the exact requirements based on project demands. Using your expertise, you create technical designs and concepts that perfectly balance time, quality, functionality, and costs (QFTC). Finally, you test and review your model-based designs by building prototypes to prove the feasibility of your identified routes.

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.

• Maneuver the truck safely through the aisles and adjust the cab to the correct heights.

Een OPT Chuaffeur bij DSV zorgt voor het efficiënt verzamelen van goederen op grote hoogte. Omdat de cabine met de bestuurder meebeweegt, is secuur en veilig werken op hoogte de absolute prioriteit.

De belangrijkste taken op een rij:

• De truck veilig door de gangpaden manoeuvreren en de cabine naar de juiste hoogten sturen.
• Producten handmatig uit de stellingen pakken op basis van de picklijst.
• De verzamelde goederen scannen met een handscanner voor een kloppende voorraad.
• De truck dagelijks controleren en tijdens het werken op hoogte altijd de veiligheidsharnas dragen.
• De verzamelde pallets of orders netjes afleveren bij de inpak- en verzendafdeling.
