To keep production running, it's important that you, as a production employee at Hydro Extrusion in Drunen, meet the following requirements:

• You remove aluminum profiles (up to a maximum of 5 kg) from their protective film and place them precisely in the machine.
• With a single press of a button, you start the sawing, drilling, or milling process and closely monitor progress.
• You remove burrs and metal shavings with an air hose and inspect each profile for scratches or irregularities.
• You carefully repack the finished products so they can be transported to the customer without damage.
• You keep your own workstation and the machine environment clean and safe, and ensure accurate record-keeping of quantities.

• Met één druk op de knop start je het proces van zagen, boren of frezen en houd je de voortgang scherp in de gaten.
• Je verwijdert bramen en metaalsplinters met een luchtslang en controleert elk profiel op krassen of afwijkingen.
• Je pakt de bewerkte producten zorgvuldig weer in, zodat ze schadevrij naar de klant kunnen worden getransporteerd.
• Je houdt je eigen werkstation en de machineomgeving schoon en veilig, en zorgt voor een kloppende administratie van de aantallen.
