Je kan gestructureerd werken, maar ook out of the box denken. Je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken en je laat je niet uit het veld slaan door een tegenslag. Je bent resultaatgericht en een echte doorzetter.

Daarnaast heb je:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een commerciële of binnendienstfunctie.
• Ervaring in de elektronische beveiliging is een grote pre – hier scoor je punten mee!
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

Als het commerciële hart van het bedrijf ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Jij ondersteunt de accountmanagers en zorgt ervoor dat elk klantcontact snel en vakkundig wordt afgehandeld.

Jouw werk is een dynamische mix van:

• Offertes uitwerken: Van aanvraag tot definitieve deal, jij regelt het!
• Klantcontact (mail & telefoon): Je beantwoordt vragen over prijzen, voorraad, en geeft proactief advies over beveiligingsoplossingen.
• Administratie: Van inlogcodes tot adreswijzigingen; jij zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afhandeling.

Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende Nederlandse groothandel die zich specialiseert in elektronische beveiligingsoplossingen. Ze leveren een breed scala aan producten, uitsluitend aan professionele installateurs.
