Als afwasser (ook wel spoelkeukencoördinator, keukenhulp of servicemedewerker genoemd) ben jij de onmisbare spil in de keuken. Je start de werkdag in de spoelruimte, sorteert het servies en ruimt de schone vaat weer op. Je bedient de vaatwasmachine en helpt keukencollega's bij het klaarzetten van materialen.
