Bij ons ben jij, als Maintenance Engineer, de drijvende kracht achter de technische betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark. Jij neemt niet zomaar genoegen met 'draaiende houden'; jij borgt en verbetert continu het preventief onderhoud om efficiency en (voedsel)veiligheid naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

In deze veelzijdige rol adviseer en ondersteun je de organisatie op strategisch én operationeel vlak. Je werklocaties zijn Zelhem en Wijk en Aalburg.

Je analyseert installatieprestaties en vertaalt storingsoorzaken naar concreet verbeterpotentieel. Jij pakt de leiding in uitdagende verbeterprojecten (tot €25k) en zorgt dat deze binnen de gestelde tijd en budgetten slagen. Daarbij ben je de cruciale schakel voor de onderhoudsmonteurs; bij complexe storingen ondersteun je hen met jouw expertise. Je draait mee in consignatiediensten en bij afwezigheid vervang je de Teamleider Maintenance. Kortom: jij maakt impact en brengt de maintenance organisatie vooruit.

Functie-eisen

Jij bent een deskundige professional die weet waar hij het over heeft. Je combineert technisch inzicht met een scherpe focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit. Om deze rol succesvol in te vullen, breng je het volgende mee:

• Een afgeronde MBO / HBO-opleiding in een technische richting zoals Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica.
• Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een technische omgeving.
• Een vloeiende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
• Ervaring van onderhoudsinformatiesystemen (ervaring met Ultimo is een pre).
• Ervaring met het opvragen en controleren van offertes, inkoop technische materialen en het voeren van een efficiënt voorraadbeheer. 

Competenties

Als Maintenance Engineer ben je meer dan een technicus; je bent een verbinder en een planner. Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden om data om te zetten in actie. Je werkt samen met diverse stakeholders, van productie tot de afdelingen Quality en HSE, om veranderingen effectief te implementeren. Daarnaast heb je een onbetwiste 'Safety First Mindset' en zie je toe op orde, netheid (5S) en hygiëne binnen de afdeling.

• Autonomie: Je hebt de bevoegdheid om zelfstandig technische materialen en projecten in te kopen (tot € 2.5k) en productielijnen stil te leggen indien de veiligheid of kwaliteit in het geding is.
• Impact: Je krijgt de kans om onderhoudsplannen zelfstandig op te stellen en te wijzigen in overleg met de productieorganisatie.
• Ontwikkeling: Je werkt in een omgeving die investeert in optimalisatie (SQCDME) en waar jouw advies over standaardisatie en verbeteringen zwaar weegt.

• you speak and write excellent Mandarin and English plus have a positive attitude

As a Logistics Specialist, you are responsible for supervising the daily operations in the warehouse. You do not perform physical work yourself, but you manage the external partners who carry out the tasks. You check whether they stick to the agreements and whether the system data matches the physical stock.

• you monitor the performance of suppliers regarding receiving and shipping
• you organize inventory counts and analyze any differences
