Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de B2B-klanten en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen en leveringen correct en vlot verlopen. Je combineert daarbij customer service, planning en logistieke coördinatie.

Je taken zullen bestaan uit:

• klanten te woord staan en zorgen voor correcte en klantgerichte opvolging
• bijvullingen van silo's plannen, transporten coördineren en externe chauffeurs aansturen en houdt daarbij rekening met technische beperkingen
• je stelt de dagelijkse productieplanning op, bestelt grondstoffen bij leveranciers en bewaakt de voorraden
• je stuurt 2 medewerkers aan en werkt nauw samen met chauffeurs en interne teams

Je komt te werken in en dynamische industriële omgeving, waar je nauw samenwerkt met verschillende teams binnen het bedrijf. Het bedrijf is een producent en leverancier van hoogwaardige bouwmaterialen die zich specifiek richt op de ruwbouw en afwerking. As a warehouse employee, you'll be working in the modern warehouse of Healthlink Europe B.V. in Waalwijk. From this facility, various medical products are shipped out daily. It’s important to deal with these products with care and precision. The work is not physically demanding and the warehouse is clean and well-organized. Our warehouse consists of several departments where you may be assigned to work.

• Processing incoming goods;
• Sorting goods for the correct transport flows;
• Loading orders to ensure excellent service;
• Working as part of a smoothly operating team;
• Keeping the workspace clean and tidy.

You will be working as a warehouse employee handling medical devices. The warehouse has been in operation for five years and consists of five halls with different processes. Medical products are prepared here for shipment to hospitals and patients around the world. This company serves around 150 different clients, and as a logistics employee, you will play an important role in that process.

The team consists of around 90 colleagues, creating an informal atmosphere. Healthlink Europe B.V. is known for its short lines of communication.
