You are someone who likes to be active and "roll up your sleeves." You are physically fit and open to learning new things.

Important shift info: Currently, you work in a day shift (06:00 – 14:30). In the future, the department will move to a 2-shift schedule. You must be willing to work these alternating times: 06:00 – 14:30 and 10:00 – 18:30.
We are looking for someone who fits this profile:

• You speak and understand English or Dutch well.
• You are comfortable using a computer for simple registrations.
• You don't mind repetitive tasks and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

As a Production Worker you will work in the 'powder coating' department. This is where metal parts for our machines get their protective layer and color.

• Hanging metal parts on the production line and taking them off.
• Using the computer to register the parts you have processed.
• Moving parts up to 15kg by hand (for heavier parts, you use a special hoist).

Omdat mouwen opstropen jouw ding is, zie je jezelf werken als productiemedewerker bij Kuhn. Je bent fysiek in orde en staat open voor doorgroeimogelijkheden. De functie is nu in dagdienst en gaat over naar 2 ploegendienst. Hiervoor dien je open te staan om te werken in 2 ploegendienst met de werktijden 06:00-14:30 en 10:00-18:30.
Daarnaast herken je jezelf in de volgende punten.

• Je spreekt goed Nederlands of Engels
• Je kan omgaan met computersystemen en vindt het niet erg om repeterende werkzaamheden uit te voeren
• Je bent niet bang om vieze handen te krijgen

Als productiemedewerker ga je aan de slag op de afdeling 'poederlakstraat'. Op deze afdeling worden onderdelen van de landbouwmachines gestraald en gepoedercoat. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit het inhangen/afhalen van onderdelen en deze registreren in de computer. Onderdelen onder de 15 kilo worden handmatig gehangen waardoor het belangrijk is dat je fysiek in orde bent. Onderdelen boven de 15 kilo worden gehangen door middel van een takel. In deze functie is het belangrijk dat je dat je het werk ziet liggen en volgens volgorde werkt.

Kuhn is de marktleider op het gebied van landbouwmachines zoals balenpersen, balenwikkelaars en maaiers. Het is niet erg als deze termen je niets zeggen. Kuhn vindt het belangrijk dat je open staat om te leren en graag met je handen bezig bent. Bij Kuhn staat altijd de deur open. Het is een familiair bedrijf met een no-nonsense cultuur.

As an Assembly Worker at Kuhn, you work on agricultural machines. You are part of the assembly line. You perform various mechanical tasks. Together we will see which tasks suit you best. You work in a small team. This team builds one of the 8 machines that are produced there. All machines are assembled according to a technical drawing. It is therefore very important that you can read a technical drawing. In addition, wrenching/tool experience is truly a must.
