• Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Familiarity with Personio for recruitment or willingness to learn.

Your main tasks include:

• Managing the recruitment process, from job posting to the offer stage, after which HR takes over.
• Maintaining and updating recruitment data in Personio, our HR platform/ATS.
• Actively sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to gain traction on vacancies.
• Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Collaborating with HR and managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience and acting as a brand ambassador for Purple.
