You will:
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle through structured gates from initiation to launch, coordinating across R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain;

• Bridge commercial needs with internal and external production capabilities, translating business requirements into executable plans that work in real production environments;
• Develop business cases for CAPEX investments together with technical experts and finance teams, connecting operational improvements to business impact;
• Ensure on-time, in-full project delivery while managing scope, budget, and quality requirements through the gates framework;
• Maintain project documentation and updates in Principal Toolbox, ensuring full transparency and compliance across all initiatives;
• Identify and manage project risks and uncertainties at each gate, escalating when necessary and finding creative solutions to keep projects moving;
• Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple European countries and production sites;
• Contribute to customer performance and P&L through effective project execution aligned with 12Q plans and Fighting Unit strategies.
You will report to the Manager Project Management and work closely with an international team across Europe.
