At Philips IGT Systems R&D, you will work on cutting-edge solutions that provide real-time support to clinicians during image-guided therapies. Within the iApps organization, we are currently scaling up. You will collaborate closely with partner Scrum teams to validate technical designs at an early stage and successfully bring clinical applications to market.
- Develop new clinical products and platforms using modern software technologies.
- Build and evaluate early prototypes to effectively mitigate technical risks.
- Co-develop and deliver applications throughout the PDLM (Product Development Lifecycle Management) phase.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement in team workflows and software quality.
- Work on-site at the Philips R&D location at least 3 to 4 days per week.

You will thrive as a (Sr.) Software Design Engineer C++ if you bring:
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in C++ software engineering.
- Recent hands-on experience building software for complex 3D imaging or medical applications.
- A track record of delivering at least one software project end-to-end within an Agile/Scrum environment.
