In this role, you bridge the gap between advanced AI technology and the daily reality of vehicle development. You analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and create concrete AI solutions that directly boost productivity and quality.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and supporting AI solutions and agents using PACCAR AI Studio and various AI platforms.
- Governing and promoting responsible AI adoption within Vehicle Development in line with applicable guidelines.
- Translating operational bottlenecks and ideas into valuable AI use cases and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing and prioritizing the AI project portfolio to ensure synergy and avoid duplication.
- Coaching and training colleagues to increase overall AI understanding and confidence in AI applications.

You are successful if:
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or IT.
- You have proven experience with platforms such as Snowflake, SharePoint, AWS, Open WebUI, Copilot Studio, or GitHub.
- You possess excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- You have practical experience with prompt engineering and workflow automation.
