At this advanced manufacturing site, you safeguard operational technology (OT) devices against modern vulnerabilities while actively improving production workflows. You align strict IT security policies with the daily realities of the shop floor. By managing key stakeholders and validating changes across PLCs, HMIs, and machinery, you guarantee that production standards remain uncompromisingly high and secure.
- Lead stakeholder alignment to provide clear insights into the factory's operational technology infrastructure.
- Enforce crucial security protocols, including role-based access and password protection, across all shop-floor equipment.
- Execute vital firmware updates, software validation, and configuration changes based on current security advisories.
- Author clear work instructions, document process changes, and maintain the Quality Management System.
- Resolve production issues actively through 8D problem-solving methodologies and manage escalations effectively.
Functie-eisen
You are successful if:
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Applied Physics, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field.
- You bring at least 2 years of proven work experience in Manufacturing or Engineering within the high-tech industry.
- You have demonstrable hands-on experience working directly with Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) integrations.
- You hold practical experience in working with quality management systems, specifically within ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 environments.
