In this role as Service Manager at JLL, you will lead the technical services department and projects from A to Z executed by JLL or subcontractors. For the Middelburg location, you will translate global client requirements into operational excellence.
You are the strategic sparring partner who drives process optimization ensures compliance with laws and regulations, and elevates complex maintenance and facility engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the local engineering and technical operations team at the Middelburg site and optimize daily work processes.
- Translate international client standards into operational excellence
- Manage maintenance programs, ensure compliance with legislation and regulations, and streamline technical workflows.
- Direct facility engineering projects.
- Analyze equipment performance data and develop Emergency Response Action Plans (ERAP) for maximum system continuity.
Functie-eisen
Requirements:
- You hold a recognized degree or certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
- You have 5 to 8 years of experience in facilities engineering and operations within a mission-critical environment.
- You have experience as an Installation Duty Holder (IV) in accordance with NEN 3140 standards.
- You have demonstrable experience managing Dual Loop Power (DLP) programs.
- You already reside in the Netherlands in the region of Middelburg (Province of Zeeland).
