As a Global Communications Specialist, you play a key role in maintaining and further strengthening the global People Operations communications strategy at ASML. You combine strategic advice with hands-on execution and ensure seamless continuity of ongoing communications activities. In a dynamic, international environment, you bring stability, clarity, and continuity while translating organizational change into compelling stories. You advise leaders and key stakeholders on messaging and channel strategies, while simultaneously driving knowledge transfer and team standardization.
In this challenging assignment, your core responsibilities include:
- developing and executing global communication plans and campaigns aligned with People Operations priorities
- advising leaders and stakeholders on communication approaches, messaging, and channel strategies
- creating high-quality materials, including leadership presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, and intranet content
- identifying and documenting process gaps to ensure standardization and proactively mitigate risks
- coordinating and supporting employee meetings, workshops, and engagement activities
- monitoring communication effectiveness using performance data and feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements
- education & experience: Master’s degree (or equivalent level) with 4–8 years of experience in internal, organizational, or corporate communication.
- strategic advisory: Proven track record in independently developing and executing communication strategies, advising leaders in complex, international environments.
- project & stakeholder management: Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across various levels.
- language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage); experience with MAPP and Power Automate is a plus.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A fixed-term contract with Randstad Professional for the duration of the assignment.
- Period: asap until 12th February 2027
- A gross monthly salary of € 6.507,- per month (based on 40 hours per week)
- Hours: 40 hours (32 hours is negotiable)
- Location: Veldhoven (hybrid - 2 days in the office. Sometimes flexibility is required depending on meeting schedules)
- A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 8.76% of your salary that you can deploy flexibly.
- 25 holiday days; 5 days can be included in the IKB budget.
- A solid travel allowance; an NS Business Card or € 0.23 per kilometer.
- Flexible public holidays; the freedom to exchange standard public holidays for alternative ones.

Bedrijfsinformatie
In this role, you will be part of the Global Operational Excellence team within the ASML Business Services People Operations organization. You report directly to the Strategy Execution, Communications & Knowledge Management Lead. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Global People Operations Leadership Team, Operational Excellence teams, HR stakeholders, and communications partners across ASML. Your base location is Veldhoven, Netherlands, offering the flexibility to collaborate with global teams across various regions.
