In this role, you lead cross-functional logistics improvement initiatives within Operations from initiation to full handover. You combine project leadership with engineering expertise to optimize warehouse performance and scale operational capabilities.
Your main responsibilities:
• Lead complex logistics improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Design, implement, and standardize scalable logistics processes and warehouse systems.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities and deliver measurable results.
• Apply Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement across logistics operations.
• Support the deployment and optimization of SAP EWM and warehouse automation solutions, including ASRS.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Lead within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• You possess proven experience as a Logistics Engineer designing and implementing warehouse processes.
• You hold a recognized project management certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or PRINCE2) and can obtain a Certificate of No Objection (VGB).
