Your key responsibilities:
- Drive month-end closing and deliver financial management reporting.
- Prepare annual operating plans and lead monthly forecast reviews.
- Partner with IT budget owners and optimize financial processes.
- Align with Vendor Management to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional finance projects and drive internal controls.
You report to the Global Group Control Director and collaborate closely with budget holders worldwide. Take ownership of your financial portfolio and elevate central decision-making.

Functie-eisen
- You have a master degree in Finance, Accounting, or Control.
- You bring at least 8 years of Business Control experience.
- You have proven financial control experience within IT departments.
- You master advanced Excel and financial modeling tools.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
As a professional at Randstad Professional, you will receive a transparent compensation package. We work with a job structure built on clear levels and salary scales. To determine your starting salary, we carefully place you in the appropriate grade upon employment. We evaluate the unique combination of your education, experience, and competencies to ensure your compensation matches the value you bring. Your fixed salary is paid out monthly, even between assignments.
- A gross monthly salary between € 6.550 and € 7.150 based on a 40-hour workweek.
- Individual Choice Budget (IKB): 10.66% of your salary, flexible for monthly deployment.
- 25 vacation days with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days.
- Pension accrual via ASR Cappital from day one and access to collective health insurance.
- Travel allowance: 100% public transport coverage (NS Business Card) or €0.23 per kilometer.
- Home office budget: A net budget of €750 to set up your home workspace.
- Internet allowance: €20 net per month.
- Phone allowance (CYOP): €225 net every 2 years toward a new smartphone.
