HSE Prevention Officer (2-shift)

Are you passionate about safety and motivated by guiding others toward a safe and compliant way of working? The Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) department is supporting operational teams and ensuring safe work practices at ASML. You will help secure a safe working environment in clean-rooms and during installation activities on customer sites worldwide.

You are a precise professional who enjoys working in a high-tech setting. You meet the following requirements:

• you have MBO-4 level education and MVK (middelbare veiligheidskunde)
• you have around 4 years of relevant work experience in safety environment is preferred
• you have 2 years of experience with work permits, safety inspections, and VCA
• you have good command of English is mandatory, Dutch language skills are preferred
• you are proficiency with digital systems such as MS Excel, SAP, and intranet
• you are able to work 38,25 hours a week, flexibility to work overtime and travel internationally
• you are able to travel to Veldhoven
• you are able to travel to Asia and North America without any visa restrictions

As HSE Prevention Officer you will be guiding others toward a safe and compliant way of working. Together with your team, you ensure high-quality standards and a ensuring safe work practices at ASML

• Travel to new fab locations as needed (15–35% of the time)
• Act as the primary point of contact for safety matters in the clean-room
• Monitor and coach teams on safety practices (LoTo, 5S+1, working at heights)
• Perform safety audits, gas measurements, and work related management
• Support installation teams at customer sites and ensure on-site safety supervision
