Forklift driver - Production employee

Are you an experienced forklift driver looking for a flexible, temporary job in production? Then keep reading! For Agristo, a potato factory in Tilburg-Noord, we are looking for forklift drivers who want to assist in production aswell. You will be working across various departments! Is it a good match for both parties? Then there are definitely opportunities to stay very long!

At Agristo, production never stops. We are looking for forklift drivers who also want to help out in production. You are an experienced forklift driver who likes to roll up your sleeves. You will ensure that all production lines have sufficient foil and packaging materials so that production can keep running smoothly.

• You speak Dutch or English;
• You have at least six months of forklift experience;
• You are flexible in your availability;
• You are also willing to work in production;
• You are in good physical condition, as production work is demanding!

You will be working as a forklift driver. You ensure that production can keep running by supplying the packaging department with foil and packaging materials. Initially, we require flexible availability for all shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Depending on your performance and dedication, there is a possibility to eventually move into a permanent position within the five-shift schedule. You are also available to assist in other departments:

• Doosopzetter: As a doosopzetter, you ensure that all cardboard and boxes are restocked in the machines.
• Pitting department: As a pitter, you stand at the conveyor belt and remove stones and bad potatoes (for example, green or rotten ones) from the good ones. Only the best quality potatoes are allowed to proceed to the rest of the production!

Agristo specializes in producing pre-fried and frozen potato products and specialties. Among other things, they make fries, potato slices, potato noisettes, and croquettes. These products are exported to more than 130 countries worldwide.
