Do you speak English or Dutch and enjoy active, hands-on work? Even without experience, you are more than welcome! We are immediately hiring an enthusiastic Facility & Warehouse Employee (Full-time) for our location in Helmond.

As a Facility & Warehouse Employee, you play an essential role on the floor. You make sure the warehouse stays clean, organized, and safe. Our workplace is bilingual, so speaking English OR Dutch is perfectly fine.

what we offer

A good hourly wage of €14.99.

€0.23 per km (from 10 km one way)

Full-time (40 hours per week).

A complete 4-week training period.

Regular day shift from 08:00 to 17:00.

A free, lunch every day.

who you are

To keep our warehouse clean, safe, and organized, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

  • You speak English OR Dutch (speaking both is not required).
  • No experience needed! We will teach you everything on the job.
  • You are physically fit, reliable, and have a proactive work ethic.

what will you do

As a Facility & Warehouse Employee, you keep the warehouse clean and safe, process waste, prepare equipment, and assist colleagues with moving and unpacking goods.

  • Cleaning: Keep walkways, workstations, and the outdoor area clean using a ride-on scrubber machine.
  • Waste Management: Collect and compress cardboard and plastic using a baler machine, and process damaged goods in the system.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Swap batteries for forklift/reach trucks and neatly stack empty pallets, crates, and roll containers.
  • Team Support: Help your colleagues with unpacking, stocking, and organizing goods on the warehouse floor.

where will you work

You will be working in the modern distribution center of Bidfood in Helmond, the leading food service wholesaler in the Netherlands. You will enter a clean, organized environment with an informal and friendly atmosphere.

Our team is international, bringing together enthusiastic colleagues of all ages and backgrounds. Although we work hard to get all catering orders ready on time, there is always room for a chat, a good laugh, and great teamwork on the floor.
