To keep the production lines running smoothly, it is important that you as a trainee operator meet the following requirements:
- You speak Dutch or English
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are available 30 to 37 hours per week
- You are willing to work in 3 shifts
- You have your own transport to SanoRice in Veenendaal
- You have an mbo level 2 working and thinking level
- You preferably have an educational background in technology
- You are willing to remove your jewelry, piercings, and nail polish
As a trainee operator, you start your workday at SanoRice with a smooth handover from your colleagues on the previous shift. Together you review the planning and start up the production machinery. During your shift, you monitor the process closely and carry out quality checks.
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Converting and setting up machines under supervision
- Resolving simple technical disruptions
- Registering production data accurately
- Keeping machines and the workplace clean according to 5S standards
- Working according to food safety, quality, and safety guidelines
