To keep the Cabinets department running smoothly, you meet the following requirements:
- A vocational diploma (MBO level 3 or 4) in a technical field, or 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Available for at least 32 hours per week
- Able to work in shift rotations
- Able to lift loads up to 16 kg
- Fluent or proficient in English
- Access to your own car, motorcycle, or scooter to commute to Son
We kick off the day at 06:00 or 14:15 with a daily stand-up meeting alongside the entire team. After that, you start assembling control cabinets. You work step-by-step using clear, photo-based work instructions. You are a dependable team player who ensures the workflow runs smoothly.
- Assembling and wiring components
- Reading technical work instructions
- Inspecting the quality of the finished product
- Working in shifts from 06:00–14:15 and 14:15–23:00 (Fridays until 20:30)
