For the operator role, we are looking for someone with technical insight and a strong sense of responsibility. You are eager to work in an attractive 5-shift schedule.

Whether you already have an MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field, or have gained these skills mainly through extensive work experience or hobbies, your commitment is what counts.

• You possess demonstrable technical skills or hold an MBO level 3 technical diploma;
• You are solution-oriented and dare to take initiative when needed;
• You are curious and always willing to keep investing in yourself by pursuing training courses;
• You have reliable personal transportation due to the shift work.

As an operator, together with your team, you monitor safety and production progress throughout the entire process. You ensure that the complex machinery continues to run smoothly and that a clear overview is maintained. You work with modern control and instrumentation systems and learn to independently analyze and resolve process disruptions. Is your team truly unable to figure it out? Then you call in technical backup from maintenance technicians to get the line back up and running quickly.

• Independently operating high-tech production lines after your onboarding period;
• Analyzing, tackling, and resolving malfunctions within the production process;
• Ensuring a safe and clean working environment and performing quality checks.

You will be working in Cuijk or Gennep; the choice is yours. In Gennep, you will work in an impressive high-tech environment producing well-known diapers. Meanwhile, Cuijk specializes in processing and producing paper products, such as TORK and napkins for fast-food chains. Both locations offer a pleasant, stable working atmosphere where safety and excellent working conditions are the top priority. Employee vitality is important to the company; for instance, free fresh fruit and good, free coffee machines are available for you in the cafeteria.

• You will work in a close-knit team within a plant with roughly 240 to 300 committed colleagues
• The 5-shift schedule (06:00–14:00) (14:00–22:00) (22:00–06:00)
• The terms of employment fall under Essity's favorable, custom corporate Collective Labor Agreement (CAO)
• During office hours, you can visit the cafeteria for warm and cold meals
• You can immediately join the active employee association for fun events and social activities
