You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. All within the EUV factory, ensuring that everyone can perform their work safely and effectively.

Salary of € 5.590 incl. the 25% shift allowance

Permanent contract option after 2 years

Profit-share bonus & 13th month

Travel allowance (max € 8,40 per day)

38,25 hours per week. 25 vacation days per year

You have a technical drive and enjoy working in a high-tech environment. You meet the following requirements:

  • You have Advanced vocational education in a relevant area
  • You have 3-4 years of experience in a high-tech, clean-room environment
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English
  • You can work in a 2-shift operation
  • You are available to work in Veldhoven
  • You can work 38,25 hours a week

As a Vacuum Workcenter Engineer, you play an essential role in the safety of the production of high-tech lithography machines.

  • you ensure that releasing of hydrogen and or helium in the machine is done in a safe and controlled way. You will be testing for leaks.
  • you will write Incident Management, Compliance Management, JSA/Risk Management, Inspections/ Audits, Sustainability reports
  • you will enhance the EHS culture and communication

You will join the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team in the EUV Factory of ASML. The work will be conducted in ASML clean-room environment. The goal of the EHS team is a safe workplace for everyone.

They turn general safety policies into practical actions on the factory floor. You will work with a team of experts in laser, electrical, and gas safety to:

  • Ensure compliance: Make sure all safety rules are followed.
  • Improve safety: Carry out inspections and coach colleagues.
  • Track progress: Monitor and report on safety improvements.
  • Prevent accidents: Use lessons from past incidents to make the workplace safer.
