- MBO level or equivalent working and thinking level
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Previous experience leading a small team
- Strong English communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on mentality with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Forklift or reach truck certification
Your day-to-day work as a working foreman Inbound will consist of the following tasks:
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, support, and work alongside ~7 inbound employees while maintaining a safe, positive environment.
- Operational Coordination: Prioritize daily workloads, process inbound shipments accurately on time, and act as the first operational contact.
- Performance & Escalation: Monitor productivity, quality, and safety, escalating major issues to warehouse management as needed.
- Cross-Functional & Inventory Support: Partner with Outbound, Inventory Control, and Planning to ensure process adherence and inventory accuracy.
