To be able to fully participate in the production process as an all-around production worker, it is important that you meet the following requirements:
- You speak Dutch or English
- You are willing to work in Nieuwkuijk
- You are available to work 40 hours per week
- You are available to work in a three-shift rotation between 6:00 a.m. on Monday and 12:00 p.m. on Friday
- You are available to work on Saturdays on a rotating basis
- You have relevant, verifiable work experience in a production environment
- You have technical insight
- You preferably have work experience in the food industry
As an All-Around Production Worker, you’ll contribute to the entire production process for stand-up pouch products, where quality, hygiene, and food safety are always top priorities. Together with your coworkers, you’ll keep the production area running smoothly. That means helping each other out and stepping in when needed. You’ll also work together to ensure that the workplace remains organized, clean, and safe.
- Assisting with product changeovers
- Checking product quality
- Cleaning the machines and your workstation
- Helping to start up and reconfigure machines
- Helping to troubleshoot minor malfunctions
You’ll be working for a well-known manufacturer of soups and sauces in Nieuwkuijk. It’s a stable company with a casual atmosphere. You’ll be part of a close-knit team where coworkers help one another. There are also plenty of opportunities for professional development on the job.
