- Experience working in a complex customer service environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken (a good command of French or German is an advantage).
- Strong IT skills and experience working with various software programs and databases.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for B2B customers regarding their invoices and the billing process. Around 70% of customer contact takes place via email, alongside incoming phone enquiries. You will resolve issues quickly, look up information across multiple databases, and ensure customers receive clear answers in a timely manner. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Handling B2B customer enquiries via email and phone, primarily related to (e-)billing and invoicing.
- Managing and navigating multiple databases and systems to provide accurate customer solutions.
- Maintaining high service standards and fast response times for incoming requests.
- Routing calls and escalating complex issues to internal teams or specialists when necessary.
The Shared Service Center employs more than 550 employees, with 40 nationalities, who speak 34 languages.
