As a Cost Coordinator based at our EMEA Headquarters in the Netherlands, you will play a crucial role within the cost management team. You will support the planning, tracking, controlling and reporting of CAPEX and OPEX budgets across the store development department.

€20-€26 gross based on experience

We are looking for an organized and collaborative financial talent who loves maintaining oversight and easily connects with various departments. Do you have what it takes to keep our financial operations running smoothly?

  • Educated and experienced: You hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, administration, or a comparable field, and have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Finance specialist: You have previous finance experience, specifically with exposure to finance activities and processes in construction and facilities management.
  • Tech-savvy: You possess advanced excel skills and strong proficiency across microsoft office applications, with smartsheet experience being an advantage.
  • Adaptable team player: You have great teamwork and interpersonal skills, can handle a wide range of responsibilities, prioritize accordingly and easily navigate a fast-moving environment.

In this role, you will work closely with construction, facilities management, finance and external vendors to monitor project and operational costs and provide insights that support effective decision-making across EMEA.

  • Budget management: Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets across the store development and facilities management portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and financial reporting.
  • Administration: Raise and administer purchase orders and payments for construction, maintenance and operational activities.
  • Vendor management: Review vendor proposals and invoices for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, develop vendor management reporting and support cost governance initiatives.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with real estate, construction, facilities management and finance teams to provide consolidated financial oversight and business insights.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve cost reporting, financial controls and procurement processes.

You'll be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus fully immersed in the energy and values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

  • travel allowance: €0.23 per km (up to a maximum of 100 km per day)
